Mailroom outsourcing takes off in a big way. By making it easy to transfer files to us via SFTP or API, customers no longer have to staff mailrooms, sort paper jams, pay for printer and franking machine leases or worry about low/high volume days.
A tagline of “Intelligent Print & Mail Solutions” was added to our logo to reflect our roots merging with our new service offerings such as API integrations and automated mailroom solutions. Animals were added to our service offerings to associate their characteristics with the solutions we provide.

RNB Direct Mail and RNB Express were brought under one name – RNB Group. Our services were identified by 6 colour coded categories: Mail, Print, Data, Digital, Web2Print and Document Management. With more than 60 full-time employees, we’d become a major player in the direct mail and print sectors.
RNB Express is formed to handle our digital and litho print work and we upgrade our mono laser printers whilst adding brand new digital colour presses. Now employing over 30 members of staff, our business had seen rapid growth with some of our customers growing alongside us.
RNB Direct Mail Solutions was renamed as RNB Direct Mail and grew to 12 full time staff members and we upgraded our lasering kit to newer models. We bought our first “Jumbo” enclosing machine, enabling us to machine enclose into C4 envelopes.
