About RNB Group

Quality, consistency and integrity is key to what we do. We have worked hard to achieve accreditations under ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 27001, we are fully GDPR compliant and are proud contributors to the Woodland Carbon scheme under the Woodland Trust.

We’re RNB, a print and mailing house with close to 15 years experience in the industry.

Direct mail marketing is our bread and butter.

Done right and direct mail can achieve great ROI. It’s still a valuable marketing channel, even in this digital era.

But we’d like to put emphasis on ‘done right’as a poorly executed mailer will likely result in a poor response and a waste of time and money.

Without further ado, here are 5 things we offer to our customers that all good mailing houses should.

1) Accreditations

Quality, consistency and integrity is key to what we do.

We’ve worked hard to achieve the following accreditations that allow us to do business better and give our customers that added level of reassurance that their direct mail campaigns are in safe hands.

Here’s a little bit of information about each of our accreditations and how they help us to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

ISO standards 9001

This accreditation demonstrates a company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.

And this continuous improvement is so important to us, it’s something we strive for in everything we do.

ISO standards 14001

Taking care of the environment, and putting measures in place to mitigate negative impacts on the environment are key areas for us. That‘s why the ISO 14001 standard is so important.

ISO 14001 is the international standard that outlines requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS).

It effectively provides a framework that a business can follow, to establish environmental performance best practices.

This accreditation demonstrates that our environmental impact is being measured and improved.

ISO standards 27001

This standard provides a framework for ISMS, that’s Information Security Management Systems. It ensures we provide continued confidentiality, integrity and availability of information as well as legal compliance.

The ISO 27001 accreditation is essential for protecting our most vital assets like employee and client information, brand image and other private information.

The ISO standard includes a process-based approach to initiating, implementing, operating and maintaining our ISMS.

This accreditation helps us with the following areas…

  • GDPR
  • Asset protection
  • Cyber security
  • Personal data
  • Compliance
  • Threat mitigation
  • Incident management

Carbon Capture

We love being a part of the Carbon Capture Scheme. Created by Premier Paper and The Woodland Trust, the scheme helps companies in the UK to reduce their carbon footprint through the simple act of ordering paper.

Here’s how it works. For every tonne of paper we order through Premier Paper, we pay the Woodland Trust £8.50. The full contribution goes towards the replanting of trees on land acquired for this purpose.

This new woodland harnesses nature’s simple and powerful way of removing carbon dioxide from the environment.

It really is a fantastic initiative we’re proud to be a part of. We even get regular updates so we know the exact impact our contribution has on capturing carbon.

You can find out more about carbon capture here.

Corporate Members of the DMA

We’re corporate members of the DMA.

The DMA comprises of the Data and Marketing Association and the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM). They’re an industry-leading body who “seek to guide and inspire industry leaders, to advance careers and to nurture the next generation of aspiring marketers.”

The DMA represents over 1,000 members from the data and marketing industry across the UK.

We’re proud of our membership which we worked hard to achieve as it demonstrates our commitment to responsible data and marketing best practices.

As a member we also have a wealth of knowledge at our fingertips too, all of which adds value to us as a business and to our customers.

That’s a whistle-stop tour of our memberships and accreditations which we’ve worked hard to achieve.

Unlike many direct mail companies that claim to “work to” these standards, we actually HAVE these accreditations and genuinely see the value they add to our ways of working and the services we provide.

2) Experience

We’ve been providing print and direct mail services since 2005.

With 15 years of experience in the industry, our knowledge and technical know-how is second to none.

When choosing a direct mail provider, you’ll want to be sure they have the experience and technical capabilities to deliver on all aspects of your campaign.

Our production facility allows us to not only deliver on direct mail campaigns for our customers but also offer a whole range of other services that integrate perfectly together.

We can support our customers with data, print, creative, digital, inbound & outbound document management and so much more.

Our friendly account managers are always on hand to discuss your direct mail project in depth, and provide information on our various other services that can enhance your campaign.

Take artwork for example. Our graphic designer has extensive experience creating direct mail campaigns for various sectors and industries.

To be effective, direct mail has to capture attention fast. It’s best to have access to a creative team who understand design for direct mail that works to hook in prospects and encourage them to engage and even better, convert.

3) Access to reliable data

Data is a very important factor when it comes to ensuring your direct mail campaign reaches the right audience, your target audience.

That’s why you should make sure your direct mail company can provide you with access to accurate and reliable data.

Access to targeted data will allow you to get your message to the right people at the right time.

We can help you target quality leads rather than waste money on data that misses the mark.

4) A full service solution

We appreciate many marketers have to contend with managing several vendors for different projects and campaigns.

But life can be made so much easier by finding a company that can manage all aspects of your campaign.

At RNB Group we offer a full service solution from initial concept through to arranging data, design, print and mail. We’re not fans of the term “one-stop shop” but that’s effectively what we are.

Our production facility covers 60,000 square feet and we have the equipment plus experience to handle all aspects of your campaign in-house.

Our popular services include:

  • Direct mail strategy
  • Data
  • Creative services
  • Digital & litho print
  • Finishing, folding & enclossing
  • Presorting
  • Mailing

We strive to be that partner who knows your brand inside and out, understands how you operate and can help you maximise your opportunities with effective direct mail campaigns.

5) Bulk postage rates

We offer bulk postage rates to our customers, guaranteed to be cheaper than franking and stamps.

The volume of mail we send each year enables us to get the lowest rates of bulk postage in the UK, which we can pass on to our customers.

When it comes to postage and fulfillment of your mailers, we will arrange everything for you. Gone are the days of having to cart boxes to the Post Office or stamp and frank your mail.

We also now offer a Hybrid Mail solution (Intelliprint) so you can have your regular business post printed and mailed for much less than the price of franking. All you have to do is send us your files and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy right?
