If the customer has not returned the original dispatch note, that’s no problem.  We can still search by order number, name or postcode, making the returns process quick and efficient.

By default the reason for return is set up as “unwanted” or “faulty” – but we can easily add further return reasons based on your business so you can gain valuble insight from within the dashboard.
