Priority Post is an environmentally-focused postage brand brought to you by RNB Group.
Our ambition is to increase our contribution to the Woodland Trust Carbon Capture scheme.
We are passionate about the environment, and it is our ambition to be one of the most environmentally friendly printers in the UK. We are ISO 14001 accredited; we use a Chemical Free Printing Process, and, when possible, only recycled papers and vegetable-based inks. We are continually working to ensure we leave the lightest possible carbon footprint.
We can guide you through the postage maze to offer you the very best market rate, whilst promoting and protecting the environment.

How does Priority Post work?
We print and mail in our ISO 14001 environmentally friendly factory
We ensure all your mailings promote the recycle logo
We offer advice on:
To use sustainable mail and qualify for the advertising sustainable mail discounts, you must meet specific Royal Mail criteria. Our Account Management team will guide you through this process.
Data Processing and cleaning
To qualify for entry-level sustainable mail discounts, your data must be clean. To optimise your postal savings, we offer Royal Mail’s Postcard Address File (PAF) for FREE on all direct mail campaigns to achieve a 95% accuracy standard.
GDPR opt-out statements
An opt-out box must be provided even if a consumer or donor qualifies for a direct mail pack under the GDPR legitimate interest rules. It also reduces environmental wastage, one of our top priorities at Priority Post!
Package test criteria for VAT relief
Whilst most business can reclaim VAT on postage, the same cannot be said for charitable organisations. However, we can help! We work with DSA providers and assist in getting you set up with a postage agency agreement. We also offer VAT advice to ensure your print and direct mail format qualifies.
