Digital Secure Scanning Services

Our scanning team handles responses for leading financial businesses, charities, legal teams and more. We can scan your returns, including completed Letters of Authority, signed Terms & Conditions and any other client correspondence.

How does it work?

In our 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we can securely store or archive your original physical documents, and these can be shredded after an agreed period. We’ll scan and upload these to our system so that you have a digital copy of all your important documents.

We can also digitally process your inbound or outbound mail, using our barcoding system to scan and identify the client, upload the document, and send it back to you via SFTP, API, or any other transfer method of your choice.
